Technical Lead

We are looking for a Techincal Lead in Panama to join our team.

Its main function is to be a technical reference within the Project, leading its development team, carrying out technical analysis and developing the most complex features

Tasks:

• He participates in the team of technical leaders working transversally, supporting different areas of the company.
• It keeps the analyst and project manager duly informed of possible risks or technological deviations.
• He is responsible for technical decisions affecting the Project.
• He participates, together with the Analyst or Chief, in the technical sessions held with the client.
• Agree with the analyst or manager on specifications, development estimates, delivery times and quality criteria for the team's development tasks.
• It focuses on all technical issues affecting the team.
• Leads and oversees the technical tasks of the development team assigned to the project.

Requirements:

• Reside in the country of Panama 🇵🇦
• 2 years leading teams at a technical level
• At least 5 years developing with the following technologies:
  • .net framework
  • TypeScript
  • Angular
  • Microsoft SQL
  • ASP.net web API
  • HTML5
  • WCF/Web Services
  • CSS
