Our B-FLY methodology is based on 5 pillars that allow for agile and efficient processes and therefore satisfied customers and long-lasting relationships.
The production, deployment and support process is not separated into watertight compartments. At Infocorp, we provide a product + a service that is the result of a strategic vision and a consulting process that leads to living solutions that are permanently optimized and that are as flexible as each client requires.
We don't separate products and projects, but rather both areas coexist and are continuously fed back. Everyone can suggest and work on improvements, optimizations and new features, whether based on ideas that come from the team or customer demands. The creation of the platform is a completely horizontal and democratic production process, resulting in an exceptional product.
There are no teams that take on a project, but the project is formed in a liquid form, assigning expertise from different people at different times during the project. Because what we prioritize is not the processes but the results.
There is a strategic area that analyzes both technological advances and the global financial ecosystem and provides permanent insights to incorporate into products. We don't expect customers to ask for it. We find out what's coming and we offer it.
At Infocorp we don't sell a product, we sell solutions. That is why both before starting to work with a client and for all the time that we are partners (and that is many years) we are also advisors and consultants. We are involved in legal and short-term changes in each country that may require adjustments to the product, new business units of the bank, new products of the bank and we make all the necessary adjustments. And all in record time; because we understand that Time to Market today is crucial.
